Customer Experience Management Asia Summit 2015

It’s an exciting day, and tomorrow is gonna be another exciting one. I was invited to Customer Experience Asia Summit 2015, and there were some inspiring talks with also some ‘just fine’ talks. The first talk by Shep Hyken was inspiring and entertaining. You should check his twitter @hyken. I got his book, and he signed it for me!
