What My 5-Year-Old Son Taught Me About Happiness

I was playing soccer with my 5-year old son, and when I captured his pic laughing, I could tell that he really meant it. That’s the main difference with some of the adults. They don’t mean it when they do something. This is one of many keys to happiness: Do things like you mean it. Don’t pretend. Pretending is tiring, and you deserve to be happy.
