Are You Living Your Own Life Now?

I always know that no one lives forever, but it has always been a surprise to hear someone I know passed away. A relative passed away at the age of 35. I start to think about the time we were together, his voice, his gestures, his laugh. To know that someone else is gone now, is shocking. At this kind of moment, I always start to think about myself. What if I die tomorrow? I could almost hear Steve Jobs said “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

I asked myself, “are you living your own life now?” The answer is ‘not really’. I really need to do something different now.
