The Secret To Win The People Excellence Award

Maybank reveals its secret to win the People Excellence Award. I don’t think this is a new concept, but the execution does matter. I read similar concept of ‘Employee first, customer second’ from Tony Fernandes, CEO of Airasia. At first I feel it’s contradicting with ‘user-centric company’, but it does make sense. We need happy employees to take care of the customers.
