Grid: Proportions That Are Pleasing to The Eye
I’m always a fan of grid system. It’s easy to follow users reading pattern (see F-Shaped Pattern For Reading Web Content), and for me, it just looks neat.
“A grid is made up of vertical and horizontal lines and is the foundation of nearly every type of visual media. The structure is there to shape the content into proportions that are pleasing to the eye.” -Anne Van Wagener
People apply grid system differently, and this one from synthview.com looks good to me. Not just the placement of elements, but the elements themselves are perfect.
