Do You Remember Your Users?

Getting users to subscribe to your service is easier than maintaining them. But if you’re really serious in building a relationship with your users, consider using a good reminder like what stripgenerator does.

I haven’t visited the site for more than 3 months, and they sent me a reminder, using an old-friend words that haven’t met for sometime:

“Three months since we last saw you onStripgenerator. Three months! Is it something we have done?”

They provided useful links as well: Why? that asked for feedback, Cool new strips for me to check the latest happening, and a straight-forward action Create a new strip.

They use a big font and prominent design. Not just a plain email. How’s that to grab users’ attention?

So how do you handle your users who haven’t used your service for sometime?
